Okay so I can't have sugar? Well somehow in my twisted dieting mind I now crave fatty foods in place of sugary foods. Chips, pizza, pasta. I can't have movie candy so I have a bag of Cheetos? Messed up. It's like if I am told I can't have something I look for something else to replace it. Before we started the points thing I was going to the gym every day and
watching what I eat. It was working and I felt good it came easy. No brainer. Earning these points takes the brains and I'm feeling guilty about not earning the points it is bringing me down. Too much to think about too much to do. Any thoughts?

Whenever I crave something I can't have, I eat something healthy, fruit, veggie, or those frosted wheat cereal things, or I drink diet sprite. I think my brain is getting trained to crave those instead! If you crave pizza, have you tried those lean cuisine pizzas? They are actually really good. I only eat it when I am actually craving pizza. Seriously, it will help! Try it!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE lean cuisine pizzas there so good!! When you get cravings like that try chewing gum and drink a bottle of water. People mistake cravings for thirst sometimes. Hope that helps ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks Amb. It does!
